This is the question I've been asking for over the last two months, since I started gifting my daughter a tablet that contained all of the Youtube channels that are specifically created specifically for infants. They are said to assist babies in their development, enhance cognitive functions and other ones and help them grow socially and mentally. My daughter is awestruck by the video. She just keeps looking at it with her eyes shining, her giggles ready for her lips. It's enjoyable watching her be entertained. However, I'm unable to comprehend the commercial breaks. My child isn't a consumer. So why are you insisting on promoting commercial breaks on YouTube? even though they're not suitable for a baby for my child?<img width="344" src="https://urlscan.io/screenshots/1968f31b-5b59-493f-af10-2a3d85f6cce3.png">The first thing to note is that commercials aren't recognized by infants. It's a waste of time and a waste in money. They're infants and they don't get it. If you're saying this Why are you playing these ads for little babies? Do you think that if a mother, father or other baby caregivers are watching these ads, they could be beneficial to them? It is getting annoying. The same goes with cat videos. I've recently discovered my cat enjoys watching these amazing cat videos. My cat can be found watching the videos for hours even though it is usually birds or mice. Perhaps hunting. Every now and then the videos are interrupted by ads, who is it they are trying to reach? My cat is not a user of these videos. To her, ads aren't relevant. Maybe they think I am watching these videos with my cat. They are in part correct I'll admit it I am guilty of watching the shammy cat videos with my cat more often than doing anything useful. So I found a great solution that I have been using recently. It's basically downloading Youtube videos on my laptop to my tablet or to my daughter's to play later. This is as if I were offline and had to store the video on my hard drive, instead of streaming it from Youtube. Do you see what I'm talking about? This website gives me the option to keep the video on my personal computer and not to have it downloaded to Youtube each time my cat is interested in watching birds. So, I double click this MP4 file on my desktop, which then plays in VLC instantly without any commercials, goes directly to the entertainment of my cat. https://notes.io/YaCB The same applies to all videos for babies and channels. It's easy to find videos that my daughter likes and download the videos from Youtube and copy them to her table. Sometimes, I play the videos one at a time using her tablet. However, it's much more efficient to visit the website from the desktop of your computer and then copy the videos to wherever you want to put them. Maybe it's just me being old-fashioned.It turned out to be an excellent way to save data from mobile devices. Until downloading videos from Youtube was a reality I had to keep my tablet hooked up to the internet via hotspot on my smartphone or occasionally I'd even get the option of a separate data plan for my tablet itself, when we would go far for vacation.. Data is very expensive when you're traveling with it... So, my data usage went down by 3-4 times. Now we have actually begun rolling over a small amount of data for next months, which is a total bizarre surprise for us, usually we'd pay for exceeding our monthly allowance three or four times.. That's why I recommend to all parents of young children and loving owners of cats: get your videos downloaded from Youtube or other sites onto your device, then save them to mp4 file format and watch videos any time later without additional data use.I'm thrilled that you enjoyed my tricks and tips for data - and Internet rich households. I know this sounds ridiculous.
