You can have a chance to exercise and become healthy. Nowadays, people are lacking in exercise. However, electric cycles can offer them opportunities to exercise. As electric cycles have pedals, you can get healthy exercise easily from bicycling. As I was searching around for an electric bike of my own I wondered what would be the best electric bike? I came to the conclusion that this would be a bike that worked well for my personal situation. I didn't want to spend a whole lot but I wanted to be able to have a good quality bike that I could add upgrades and accessories to, had a good warranty and the builder stood behind it for service and maintenance. I settled on the Men's Trailz Electric Bicycle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpDsG8Cj584 like this one because it wasn't to extreme looking, wasn't a full-fledged mountain bike, used for recreational and commuting and was sturdy. These bikes do have batteries, NiMH or lithium ion, which have to be charged. The average bike will run for at least three hours on a full charge. While at work or anywhere with electric plugs, the battery can be topped off. The range is about 20 to 30 miles, just perfect for a commuter. Some bikes also have integrated rear racks so it's even possible to get the grocery shopping done on a bike.<iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/KpDsG8Cj584" width="560" height="315" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>These smaller kid-size bikes are generally about 49 - 50 cc, four stroke engines with electric start and thumb throttle. They usually have four speeds including reverse, and they are made tough! These little quads are designed to handle the punishment that environment and kids can throw at them.In the US, the laws relating to electric bicycles are dependent on the state that you live in and the federal government laws, so you will have to do double the research. In some places like Hong Kong electric bicycles are actually against the law. Then in 1790, a Frenchmen made the first bicycle from wood which did not have pedals, so had to be pushed with feet. It also did not have handle, so it could only go straight. Still man was not satisfied and he wanted to make traveling more easily, so in 1839, the first bicycle made of metal and with handle and pedals was invented. During 1800 century, the bicycles with movable handle and high wheel in front and a small wheel at the back became popular. The pedals were attached to the front high wheel.Take it from me if you spend $150 to $200 on an electric bike your kids or you in 2 weeks tops will want a gas powered one. Just shell out the extra $100 for the gas powered bike or you will lose $200 on the electric one.Oelectric electric bikes are limited by US Federal law to 750 watts and 20 miles per hour. There are a lot of bikes and kits on the market that advertise power as high as 1000 watts. Beware! There are two ways to measure wattage, the initial surge or "peak wattage" that the motor puts out when it is first starting up, and the continuous wattage that the motor operates under. A lot of very high wattage motors are advertising their peak wattage, not their continuous output. As a consumer it is very difficult to tell the difference, but you can always ask. A tipoff would be a relatively large motor such as 500 watts that operates on a lower voltage battery such as 36 volts. A genuine 500 watt (or larger) continuous output motor would generally use 48 volts or more. You can easily cover long distances, including steep gradients, with the help of these bikes. You won't have to pedal very strenuously in order to get to the top of a hill and that is the best thing you can avail.
