Walker Stern and Joseph Ogrodnek made a connection and started the restaurant Battersby to honor the place the neighborhood where Joseph was born. From the first year of the restaurant's opening it was ranked one of the top 10 best restaurants opening in America on Bon Appetit magazine. The restaurant's growth quickly continued to grow each year.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">In 2021, we made the decision to make the site blog Visual Battersby which provides information on foods, cooking and kitchen equipment.
