I have got that plus a few extra inches in the waist that I would like to get rid of.  I need to make more time for and get motivated to exercise early in the morning before doing anything else.  I did finally create a DVD of video exercise clips a number of yours included that will help with motivation and variety.  I do have a problem with a late night craving for Black Panther bar chocolate (3 squares) and a small Black Russian drink.  Helps me fall asleep and I need that help often.
